I wish there was the option to put 0 stars. Worst representation ever. Polanco don’t call back or respond to u in a timely manner. When I call the office he’s always on vacation. He barely put any effort in my case he settled for the minimum I didn’t even need representation to get that. I had to make phone calls to resolve matters regarding my case that Polanco had told me he took care of. When I called the doctors to resolve my bill they said they haven’t heard from my lawyer. Then it took forever for me to receive my check.
