He was patient, accommodating and asked all the right questions to guide me through the process of delineating the issue(s) at hand. He knowledge of statutes was not by any means limited to NY, as he understood various specifics about other states and, of course, federally. Robert was also able to shed light on additional angles of our potential case that I had previously not thought of.
