I went to her after a failed mediation and while my ex-wife's attorney did some showboating, Kim stayed focused, worked with me to develop realistic expectations and then communicated my position in an even-keeled and firm way. She responded to calls and texts quickly - even after-hours - and updated me on case developments regularly.
