I had a situation which could have really made my life difficult. I'm from Massachusetts, had a problem in New York, I made a few phone calls and my last was to Keith Murphy. We spoke, then, maybe a week or two later we met. I had never been in a situation like this, and definitely was not sure of what to do or how. Keith Murphy took charge, walked me through the case and explained what to expect. It took awhile for court, Covid....etc, but it went exactly as he said it would. We had to work, but Keith loves a challenge. Keith, I really appreciate all your work on my case, and what a wonderful outcome!! This man Keith Murphy is amazing. I owe my life to him. I had fairly serious charges and was facing a lot of time this man got my time cut down to basically nothing. I have been through a lot with the legal system and I have never in my life had a lawyer that is so dedicated, caring and determined to do everything and everything to help his client. He treated me as if I were one of his own, he's not a lawyer that does it just for the money, He really cares and puts his emotion into his work.He is an extremely experienced amazing attorney if anyone needs a lawyer Keith is the one.

My better half, originally, last year was facing some serious charges. We were unsure about taking it all the way to the top. The charges stemmed from multiple felonies to possible probation, (which was talked down to disorderly conduct and some fines). Mr. Murphy, during the course of the court case was on his A game. From the moment we contacted him, he assured us that he would fight for us...and he did! I am proud to say he fought for us and, with us coming out unscathed. Kimberly is a phenomenal lawyer! She is fast, efficient and extremely effective. I wouldn’t want to be the person against her, ever! She’s strong willed and always very determined! She’s also very kind and considerate as well listens to what you need done. She never fails to amaze me! I’d recommend her to any friend or family member, in which I have! (I will continue to do so as well!) Highly recommend using her as your lawyer, you can’t go wrong with Kimberly!!! She also was comfortable with me allowing my emotional support dog into her office! My husband was going through a terrible legal battle for custody of his son with his ex-girlfriend. The courts were terrible to us until we hired Ms. Pelesz. She was knowledgeable. Kind and took care of our case professionally. We were able to obtain custody of his son as well as fix all of the child support issues that have been ongoing for years. Keith Murphy is not only a great lawyer but an amazing person. I was 23 years old when I got arrested for a DWI and he not only walked me through the legal process but made me feel comfortable about this really terrible situation. When we went to court I saw many other lawyers and not one of them seemed to truly care about what happens to their client. Many lawyers were just going through the process. Keith made me feel like I was one of his kids and gave it his all to get the best result for me. Being arrested is terrible, going to court is even worse but having a good lawyer who will do everything possible for you makes things so much better.
