Ok, you have been arrested on a DWI charge and you need a good Attorney. Right? WRONG! You need a good who knows the court system. Keith Murphy is that Man. A great Lawyer doesn’t mean squat if he doesn’t know the other players involved. Keith know what options that will achieve the best result for you. He is a straight shooter and won’t B.S you. He will always do the most he can for his clients. I was facing a felony DWI charge and this man saved me. He got me a full dismissal! I truly believe there is no other lawyer on the face of this earth who could have gotten me out of the jam I had gotten myself into. DO NOT go the public defender route. Your future is worth it.

I highly recommend her as a lawyer, I've been using her for 3 yrs now and she is always there, even out of the office to help go above and beyond. End result I have full custody of my 2 children because of her.

Called Keith a year ago about an issue I had with the local police department, he promptly took care of the issue with the cops, and also was able to bring my charges down to just a slap on the wrist which lasted a year, he is well connected and if you want the best results for yourself follow his directions step by step and you’ll be fine. One tip for anyone that is reading this, if your calling him for legal aid your not an angel I know I wasn’t one either, better to tell him everything in detail and be truthful about it because he is going to find out anyway. Best attorney I have ever had hopefully I will never need to call him again, but if I do he would be the one to call.

Keith is phenomenal. From the first moment I walked into the office to the very end he supported me, fought for me, and gave me the best of outcomes. I couldn’t have asked for a more honest and reliable lawyer. I am truly grateful for his time and compassion.

Best Lawyer Ever Keith was the best lawyer. He took the time to listen to every little detail of my case and not once did he ever judge me on what happened. He took the time to cover what could happen and what will happen. He told me the worst case and best case scenarios. He was always calm, cool and collective. He work his but off to get me the best outcome that I could ask for. He got my CDL back early and I got back to work. Without him I don’t know where I would be today. Thanks a gain for all your hard work and if you don’t use him as your lawyer that would be the second worst decision you could make besides the one that got you in this situation. Thanks Mike

I do not recommend Ms. Pelesz. She represented me from Nov 2021 to May 2022 and I am leaving this review now that my divorce is finalized via different representation. She was unorganized, unresponsive, and unprofessional. After firing her, my new legal team discovered that she did not file my divorce correctly (my ex husband was never served and she tried to file it in the wrong county). She dropped the ball several times thereafter causing us to miss a court appearance and failing to advise/file anything after my then husband physically attacked me while I had a restraining order against him. That cost me a lot of time and resources for zero progress while I was enduring threats and attacks from an abusive opposing party. She never cared about any of this nor did she look into documents/recordings/etc that I sent her. Her office always had an excuse for why they hadn’t done anything or hadn’t responded to my emails. While she seemed to have the experience and knowledge, she simply could not deliver because of the malfunctioning practice that she was trying to run herself. When I did confront her by asking direct questions about the way forward for my case, she became very hostile and said that if I didn’t find new representation that she would file a motion to be removed from my case. She kept every penny from my retainer. She didn’t own up to any of her faults and essentially blamed me for any communication issues. Divorce is hard enough. Find a lawyer willing to fight for you. Kimberly Pelesz will not.

Great lawyer and Great advice

Absolutely awful attorney. Did not strategize, communicate or represent my interests well during divorce proceedings. Dropped my case as soon as I complained about her lack of professionalism, I don’t even know if I have representation at court in two days because she hung up on me. I will be reporting ms Pelesz to the NYS bar association, she should not be a practicing attorney.

Made several deals w/o asking me when I told her I refused to accept this she said too late regarding my children! Totally unprofessional verbally abusive, knew she took money well above the contract. I've fired her several times in writing & refuses to remove her name as my attorney. Very horrible experience custody hard enough w/o a lawyer sabatoging your case no secretary either ignored emails calls

Look no further... call this man! I met Keith on the worst day of my life. I was a terrified, trembling, hysterical mess. He was patient, empathetic, and kind, yet firm. He devised a strategy for me and took charge of the situation. He knows his stuff. He's also quite brilliant, thinks outside the box, and is determined to win. He is relentless. He stuck with me for over 2 years, through Covid court delays. He never gave up, even when I did. You can rely upon this man absolutely. He wont let you down.

When I first met Keith, he was working to help my son with some legal issues. Our first conversation consisted of me calling him upset about the way I thought he was dealing with my son. After listening to my rant he took the time to go over every concern I had, and was able to put a very emotional mom in her place - and somehow he managed to do so in a diplomatic and very understanding way.  From that moment on I actually felt comfortable leaving the fate of my child in his hands and I could not be more grateful.  He went above and beyond to make sure my son was given the best possible outcome in his situation.  I wish I could say this was a one time only blessing,  but unfortunately my son found himself in legal trouble again some time later.  My immediate reaction was to contact Keith for help, and fortunately for us he was willing to take this roller coaster ride with us... again. He has not only helped us through these awful legal problems, but he was there when we were scared and needed someone to talk to, always offering reassurance. Even when we knew the outcome wasn't in our favor, he continued to fight for the best possible outcome while keeping us aware of what those possible outcomes may be.  His honesty and dedication to helping my son is something I have never come across before or since. I can honestly say, without any reservations,  that I would recommend Keith to anyone struggling with legal problems!
