Absolutely amazing lawyer! Not only did she do damage control from a previous lawyer I had but she won in child support and custody. I cannot thank her enough. Not your stereotypical sell you dreams lawyer then takes your money then never can get ahold of them. She calls back directly no matter what. That says a lot. If you want someone who will actually fight for you instead of sitting there like my last lawyer did as if he had better things to do Kim is the one. She is smart and firm. Exactly what you need to represent you. Thank you once again!

Kimberly Pelesz is an amazing attorney. She gives clients a personal, hands-on experience. She responds quickly and efficiently. She has been my husband's attorney for many years and has been mine for a few now. Aside from stellar general legal advice, that she is always willing to give, she was phenomenal in a time of crisis that led me to her. Before I was married, I had a landlord who had illegally withheld my security deposit and I was freaking out in need of the money. As soon as I contacted Kim, she sprung to action and avoided me a long drawn out process. I feared my only recourse was going to be small claims court, alone without an attorney, and Kim was able to get in contact and scare my landlord into paying. I saved a ton in court fees, time and energy and recouped my money in record timing. Kim gets results and I would recommend her to anyone I know.

Past experience with lawyers have left a bad taste in my mouth. It's as if they saw me as a walking dollar sign- even one repeatedly asking when my house was going to sell during my divorce. They were persistent on fighting in court, paying them more and more money, dragging the process out for years- which took a huge toll on both my bank account, my personal well-being and on my family. Kimberly is different- she is personable, honest, and TRULY interested in helping you achieve what YOU want. She was able to fix mistakes previous lawyers made and respectfully wrapped up my custody case the way I wanted it. She allowed my ex-husband and I to continue our lives both separately, but together as parents for our children. She was the one and only lawyer I have ever met that respected what myself and my children needed... and for that I am grateful. Divorce and custody are already difficult. It's not like you do it everyday (or at least I hope) and I needed a lawyer that was going to be patient, respectful of my wishes, knowledgable and willing to guide (not push!) me through the court and legal system. She exceeded in accomplishing what I needed and I would absolutely recommend her!

It came to my attention after my divorce was finalized that my original attorney had left some "loose ends" that needed to be tied up. After searching for a new attorney, I chose to retain Kimberly and learned what a superior attorney she was. Kimberly is professional, meticulous, ethical and responsive.
