Our family would like to highly recommend The Law Office of Rick S. Cowle, P.C. and his team. My Brother suffered a medical incident that required multiple surgeries and full-time medical rehabilitation. over a year and a half ago. Unfortunately, his mortgage holder wasn't interested in working out a solution and foreclosed on his house and property. The lack of income and payments quickly turned a positive financial situation into a very negative one with the foreclosure cost exceeding the property value. Mr. Cowle and his team successfully halted the mortgage company foreclosure and negotiated a short sale removing all financial obligation and allowing my brother to look forward to a fresh start. On a side note, my brother is now standing on his own and we are hopeful for a full recovery in his multiyear journey. Rick and his assistant Casey were a very supportive team. They guided my wife and I through a full Will package process. They were always available to answer all our questions over the phone and through email, and Rick was available in person when we needed him.
