If you ever find yourself in the unfortunate position of needing an attorney for a traffic violation of any kind, I strongly urge you to contact Attorney James Wagman. This was my first and hopefully last time of this need and Mr. Wagman pulled through with flying colors. He was suburb in every way. He is professional, knows all the ins and outs of handling these issues, is prompt with responding to emails and phone calls and for me, a miracle worker! Having just moved back to NY after living elsewhere for 43+ years, I received a violation for “failure to yield right of way”. When the officer finally, and I mean finally came back to my car, I was asked if I wanted the good news first or the bad. Well, the bad news was I had received a speeding ticket back in 1994 (83 in 55 zone) in mid-state on the thruway that apparently wasn’t attended to and I had been driving with a suspended license!! YIKES! I presume that was only for driving in NY as I had driving licenses in two other states. Anyway, I was directed to Mr. Wagman and I couldn’t be more satisfied with him and the outcome. He managed to get the 1994 ticket, all fines and penalties completely dismissed! After all it was 28 years ago and I have a clean driving record. Oh, he also threw my age in there as well for good measure! Then with the local violation, that included the operating w/o a license, he got both of those down to a parking violation! For me…he is a miracle worker for both violations but especially the 28 year old speeding ticket. Please, do NOT hesitate to contact James Wagman! You won’t regret it.

He carefully explained the potential outcomes for my situation, as well as the likely timeline. It is a rarity that services received in todays world is personal and bias free. I don't ever get in trouble so when I found myself in a traffic violation 6 hours from where I live, I was devastated and desperate for help. I was able to lay my traffic/speeding case in the capable hands of Mr. James Wagman who took the time to listen, tell me what my options are and reassure me that he will get me the best results. He personally called me quite a few times himself to explain the process, next steps and progress and never sounded impatient with my many questions. I dont know if it was his genuine mannerism, tone, attitude or a combination of those, but I was worry free while he handled my case. Sure enough I was not surprised when he got me a deal of a life time....NO Infractions, no insurance premium increase no suspensions and no crazy points on my license! On my way to Albany I got three tickets, he dismissed two and changed the third one to a zero point parking ticket. Highly recommend him!
