Mr. Wagman and his office was nothing but a pleasure to deal with. Unfortunately I had been issued a substantial ticket by the NY State Police, although the officer was very professional, he didn’t cut me any slack. I travel a lot for work and didn’t need any issues with my driving record. Fortunately I contacted Mr. Wagman and not only did he save me time and money by representing me
(I’m over 2 hours away from the court) he was able to get my ticket reduced to just a fine. I can’t thank him enough.

I had a 4 points speed ticket and that's the second time I got within 18 months. Susan took the case very professionally and suggested me to take the safety drive course. The case got reduced to 0 point eventually and I'm very happy with it. Highly recommend James M. Wagman!

I was issued a speeding ticket by a NYS Trooper. Mr. Wagman and his experienced staff handled everything from start to finish. Mr. Wagman fought on my behalf in Taghkanic Town Court. Would definitely recommend him to anyone that needs help in that area of the state.
