I received a traffic summons while driving on the Taconic Parkway. I live over 4 hours away from the court. I found Jame Wagman Esq.after an internet search. After a pleasant conversation with Mr. Wagman, I enlisted his services to handle my plea while I was in abstensia. He was able to satisfactorily resolve my case with only a fine and no points on my license. I was extremely pleased with his communication and accurate assessment of my case. Mr. Wagman made me feel right from the start that I had chosen the right attorney. I would highly recommend him fo anyone needing an attorney in the Catskill area.

Attorney Wagman is extremely personable and warm. He was confident in what he could do for me and he did! His office staff was also great. His fee was comparable to other attorney offices I spoke to in the area, but James was by far the friendliest and most knowledgeable about the court I was dealing with.
