Mr. Wagman was friendly, patient, and honest. I suspect that courts agree, as he was able to achieve an outcome for my 2 tickets even better than he estimated when we first spoke (though nothing is ever guaranteed and each case is different). He was also cheaper than the others I spoke with. Would highly recommend!

From the first consult through the final resolution with the Claverack Town Court, we felt totally comfortable in the hands of James Wagman and his friendly + knowledgeable team. very grateful to have hired Mr. Wagman to represent my case. Received a speeding ticket going 74 in a 55 in the Catskills which was four points. Mr. Wagman was very quick in getting back to me and efficient in explaining the process and possible outcomes. He was able to reduce my violation to a parking ticket (0 points). Highly recommend!

I had a speeding ticket at Durham Court and living in Queens, NY it was difficult for me to make the needed appointment. I found attorney Wagman through google and it was a blessing in deed. He quickly explained the process and how he would handle the entire process for an affordable price. The ticket was dropped down to a parking violation which saved my license receiving points and ruining my insurance. I cannot thank him enough and praise the amazing work he did.

Mr. Wagman did an amazing job getting my speeding ticket from a 83 mph in a 65 mph nocked down to a parking ticket.
