Adam has served as our corporate and environmental counsel for many years. He has also provided excellent service and advice as my personal lawyer. He is a gifted attorney and clearly understands his areas of expertise. At the same time, he does not try to be the end-all and be-all of lawyering and will recommend seeking outside counsel when appropriate.

Mr. Schultz has been representing our company for the past five years in very difficult and contentious permitting/zoning actions (I am in-house counsel to the client). We have faced not only organized local opposition, but also agency opposition that is driven by political considerations rather than by its regulatory obligations as a permitting agency.
