I have been using Maidenbaum for several years. They are the nicest people to deal with. They are courteous and knowledgeable. Over these years I have called them twice with a question. You leave a message and they always call you back. They never rush you off the phone and always make you feel important. If you're looking to have your property taxes reduced and to deal with a company that is on your side choose Maidenbaum.

I just received paperwork from Maiden Baum stating that I owe them money
I was never notified that about the reduction
For the two years in question.
