Cons
1
Unwilling to provide pro bono services in certain situations
“I called this Attorney to see if he was interested in doing a pro- Bono estate case first words out of this attorneys mouth ( on the phone ) was how much money is involved? He got into a tizzy on the phone told me he wasn't interested told me he would call me back with someone who can help me hung up on me so no surprise I never heard from him ever again not recommending this Attorney not understanding kind or compassionate”
2
Potential lack of empathy or willingness to assist in certain types of cases
“I reached out to the Law Office of Jonathan M. Cooper regarding a violent situation with my son's elementary school. After they asked me a bunch of questions regarding the incident, they came to the conclusion that they can't profit from my tragic situation, they quickly ended our conversation and forced me exit. It was the single most unprofessional situation that I've ever experienced and I warn all clients and future clients of this firm to beware.”
