I interviewed many Forclosure attorneys in attempt to save my parents home. We were running out of options being already at the end of the process and having lost most of the case due to incompetent prior attorneys. After speaking with Mr. Meystelman I felt he was more completely than the others, and hired him for the process. Our goal was to achieve a modification for my parents loan, which the bank was under no obligation to grant us after them already winning the judgment for sale of the property. All the other attorneys wanted between 8k-20k. This law form charges by motion and so being at the end of the road I took the gamble that the case will be resolved at a fraction of this cost, and it was!!! The modification was granted on IM Law Group’s first attempt. Not all foreclosure attorneys get involved with the modification process. This is a very specialized area and a very specific calculation for eligibility. Mr. Meystelman and His staff knew how to do it! My parents in their 70s got a modification for their loan for only 3% over 40 years. Truly a miracle. We are very grateful and impressed that we got such good results. Thank you!
