Ms.England is simple Amazing.Her care and concern she shows is second to none.

Horribly rude woman over the phone. Would not recommend calling unless you want your head bitten off for doing your job. Sheesh. She also gives false information. Would give 0 stars if I could.

I was recommended to this firm by a coworker. They are very well known and liked. Unfortunately, my experience was not as expected. I called and explained the urgency of my situation to a secretary. No phone call back from Mr England. After a few weeks of telephone tag it was explained to be that my issues were not within the scope of this firm's expertise. Those were very stressful times when I so desperately needed advice. Lesson learned do your own homework on what type of law each firm practices, don't pick an attorney due to someone else having a good outcome in a different situation. My main complaint was not being told upfront, those lost days and hours added much stress to an already stressful situation.
