Been using Richard as my attorney since 2007 when he helped me with a criminal matter after a different attorney could only get the judge to offer probation. Rich got the misdemeanor reduced to a violation (ticket) and I was still able to get a career in law enforcement. Fast forward 10 years he closed on my first home. Highly recommended.

He is extremely competent and responsive attorney. He is probably one of the very best on Long Island.

Did not do what he said he was going to do. He was hired to sue the cops after the case was dismissed. He had me spend all kinds of money on depositions and then he ran away from federal court....
