The entire team at this firm is excellent! I met Bruce on the very first day. He took on my case, which was a no-fault accident as a passenger on a bus, from another law office that dropped me like hot ice. I felt very discouraged. He was patient, friendly and explained the entire process going forward. Bruce and Ryan really came through for me speedily after years of waiting. They kept in contact with me throughout the entire process. If I called or emailed with a question I received an answer immediately! Their open door policy was very comforting. Several years ago, I was hit by a car while walking. This case was complicated for many reasons.
