We have worked with Morgen Bowers both on real estate and corporate matters and have always found her approach to be reasonable, swift, and right. So when we started to eye the DIY will and trust arrangements we made a hundred years ago, thinking that they might not be OK any more after ever-expanding family and business developments, we were attracted to her comprehensive and kind approach to it. She offered a fee arrangement to gather and assess all the necessary information, organize it into the will and trust arrangements we needed, and codify it into the highly specific documents and tools required. She fixed a lot that we see now would have caused big problems coming up at the worst possible time, had they not been addressed through this process. And then the whole thing finished up with a little video she helped us to make. It was addressed to our children, became part of our legacy documents binder, and finished the whole experience off as something great.

Morgen is very knowledgeable, responds timely to questions and requests, and has represented my business very well. Whether setting up LLCs, negotiating leases, or planning your estate, I would recommend Morgen and her firm without reservation.
