My wife and I attended a seminar about Estate Planning put on by FCLL. Morgen explained the differences between wills and trusts in simple terms. We scheduled a meeting with Morgen to setup a trust. Prior to the meeting, we were directed to a website where FCLL collected all kinds of data used in the creation of the Trust. When we sat down with Morgen to discuss everything, it was efficient (due to prior data collection) and easy. My wife and I felt at-ease with Morgen and confident that she was looking out for our best interests. I decided to set up a trust because my mother set one up and gave me the paperwork I would need when she passed. The trust made everything simple fo rme (as the trustee). No need for a lawyer at the time of mom's passing. Since I was the trustee, everything was simple. I would suggest that everyone setup a trust if you have any assets in your estate and if you are local, by all means go see Morgen.

My wife and I were looking to get our Will sorted out. At random, I called a local ( Chatham ) attorney but he never returned my call - not a good sign. Next, I called Four Corners and I immediately knew they could help. I explained what we needed, and they set up a meeting and told us how to prep for it. At the meeting, Morgan patiently explained the differences between a Will and a Trust. We made our decision and moved ahead. The process, for us, was a bit daunting but with help from everyone there, we managed to get through it.
