I did not have this experience at all! Yes, seemed very pleasant going through the transaction but afterwards not good at all. I had a relocation and he was a referral from the realtor to whom I also reported. Well, he did not make me aware of an easement on my property, as well as a handful of significant matters. Yes, he did have advanced knowledge. He also exposed me to great harm because of his failure to review properly my documents. He does not have clean hands at all, and when you call him on it, he deflects. I closed in 12/2019 and yes have taken proper escalation to curb the poor lawyering.

Mike and his team helped me buy my new house and sell my old house. The fees are more than reasonable and their attention to detail was superb. Admittedly, I’m not easy to please, but their timelines and accuracy to all my questions was on point. Highly recommend!!
