Amazing, knowledgeable, and patient.

If you are buying a home and you see these are the sellers attorneys, RUN, don’t walk, RUN in the other direction. Absolutely bungled my closing. Ended up closing days after they already tried to schedule because we got all the way to the point of closing (a closing they scheduled) before realizing they had forgotten the sewer compliance certificate. Non-communicative with my lawyers after this royal screw up and left us in the dark for days as to when they would receive the certificate. They cost me hundreds of dollar in storage unit and hotel fees because apparently something as simple as writing a check to the town clerk in time for closing was too difficult. Wish I could review less than 1 Star.

In NY you need a lawyer to purchase real estate...so they did my closing. Rachel Zimmerman is awesome!

Called a couple months ago see about making some minor changes to a will, receptionist was extremely rude, I brushed it off, eventually talked to “Eric” who took my info and said he would draw it up and mail it for me to sign and for me to return it back. never got anything, or heard back. Called back at least 6-7 weeks later again dealt with the extremely rude receptionist who showed ZERO interest in hearing the reason for my call, just talked over me, laughed at one point ,and referred to me as “honey’.. What ever happened to Mr So and So? or Sir? How may I help you? I’m sorry for the delay? I just called another firm and they gladly and graciously took my business.. I would not recommend using the Vallone Law Firm.

No complaints. Kept me informed throughout and they handled everything.

I went to the Vallone office early on the day of closing to sign all of my paperwork and did not meet with the lawyers at the actual closing, so I am really only familiar with working with Anna, their paralegal. Anna was so helpful in facilitating the purchase of my first house. She is so knowledgable about the process and was very responsive to my emails and calls throughout the entire process. Their rate was competitive and I would absolutely recommend working with Vallone in the purchase of any home in the WNY area.
