My boyfriend’s son accidentally took the wrong exit while trying to attend his Grandmother’s funeral in Niagara Falls driving from South Carolina. He unintentionally ended up on the road to Canada. He had a registered gun in his car and was incarcerated after being sent back from Canada and missed the funeral. Richard Shaw was extremely helpful throughout this already trying weekend. He returned all text messages and answered our questions throughout the weekend. The following Wednesday, the outcome was resolved with the most favorable outcome! I received a lane change ticket that would have been points and a substantial fine on the thruway near Buffalo. I called Richard ( he answered the phone himself!!!!!) and he took care of the whole process quickly, and with a great resolution. I ended up paying a parking ticket after he worked for a reduction.
