I came to Buffalo to visit my mom in the hospital before entering the probation officer Academy next wk. Upon my arrival, I had a fender bender Cheektowaga Police came to the scene of the accident. They stated, I'm sorry your license is good in ur state, however your privilege to drive in NY state has been suspended it's a misdemeanor and we have to arrest you. Wait what? Arrest?I have the academy next week. Arrested, bail set and issued tickets unlicensed operation,unsafe lane change,child seat belt violation, court in Sept. I got a speeding ticket for speeding at 74 mph in a 55 mph zone when I was returning from Niagara. This is my first speeding ticket and with this ticket, I was getting 4 points with a hefty fine.
