Talk about being responsive. Richard returned my initial call promptly and was able to appear on my behalf with in 24 hours. He knew what he was doing, he knew the players involved, and he knew how to get me the best deal. And, he made it easy for me. There is no doubt I will be referring him in the future and should I personally ever need his services again, you can be rest assured he will be the one representing me.

Patient and knowledgeable

Richard Shaw is a topnotch guy and the type of lawyer you want to deal with; he is very personable and he makes it easy to work with him. I approached his firm when I was looking for an attorney regarding a ticket I got in West Seneca NY, and he literally pulled out all the stops to resolve the matter in record time. In fact, I travelled out of the country shortly after I got the ticket but it wasn't a problem because he easily stayed in touch over the phone and via text, and he really made everything easy. He prioritized my matter (and I had feared that most attorneys would think it wasn't worth giving attention) and resolved it in a short period of time. I can indeed say that he showed that he has both the experience and knowledge to come up with a plan of action that is tailored specifically to the case at hand. Highly recommended! And, just to add, I noticed while reading through other people's reviews (after posting mine) that there is someone whose review greatly resembles mine (s/he travelled out of the country and had to deal with Richard via email!). I was amazed to see this review but I am not surprised to read that this other person also rated Richard highly and loved working with him. So I had to come back and edit my review just to point this out:-)

I hired Richard to help me in November and I was ecstatic about the outcome of my case, I didn't have to pay an outrageous amount of money either. Since, I've kept in touch and he's always been able to answer questions and help me with friends' legal matters. Any time I have a question or need advice about legal matters, he is very quick to respond. I couldn't be any more satisfied!

Richard Shaw was available and very knowledgeable about my pending court appearance in front of the judge in DWI Court when I had a false positive reading on my SCRAM bracelet. What could have wound up with me being sanctioned if I had not had Richard representing me, turned out with a small amount of community service which even though I was not guilty I gladly accepted. I would highly recommend Richard for any of your legal matters. He is one of the few who actually care about you and your outcome instead of the almighty dollar. Thanks again Richard and if ever need help again with the legal system, no matter what forum you will definitely be the man I call !!
