I contacted Richard after i received a speeding citation near the town of West Seneca, NY. I was cited for 73mph in the zone of 55mph. Richard very quickly responded to my voicemail and patiently listened to the problem. He was very professional, explained the next steps to me right away and made me feel comfortable about the situation. He was very upfront about what to expect in terms of results, and I was very happy when he delivered them. My speeding ticket was reduced to parking fines. I had to be out of country during the court date and he excellently took care of the matter. He kept me up-to-date with the court proceedings via email and explained the way to pay for the fines even from out of the country. He also followed up with me after couple weeks just to check if i had paid the fines and everything was taken care of.
