Working with Howard has been a pleasure. He is very professional and thorough. He’s very clear in his explanations of what needs to be done and the reasons why things need to be done in a certain way. The matters he has been given to handle he’s excelled with. Amongst other matters, he has handled IRS audits for us which were complicated. Both times his advice was sound and his arguments won the day.
