I have personally seen Denise Resta-Tobin actively take on a very difficult case that resulted in personal insults, and harassment that a person should not have to endure. She handled each and every attack in a professional manner, and never let it affect her responsibilities of providing a effective representation for her clients. I highly recommend her for the difficult cases.

Alex is phenomenal. He knows what he's doing and will be frank about what you can expect.

Disorganized, forgetful, does not write important information down during consultation. Didn't have a file on me for any of the documents I sent after 4 months -- he had trouble finding my documents. Dresses very messy looks unkept pants hanging off his butt like a bum, same adidas sweatpants 4 times in a row with adidas shoes that look like a dog tried to eat them. Comes off like a stoner. He lost my case because he didn't think to ask me for receipts to show the judge. Doesn't like to look up case law, he just says he doesn't know the answer. Then I have to beg him to look into it. The home office is a mess carpet is filthy with soda bottles and old food crumbs from fast food laying around. Not helpful. Just tells you what you want to hear. I think he's just scraping by somehow I don't understand how he has gotten by practicing law. Office stinks like cigarettes. I wouldn't go to him for any advice ever again even for free, better off searching google yourself and save the frustrations and money. He is a good liar too, just tells you what you want to hear to take your money. I just noticed he hasnt had any reviews since 2016. What's that about??

I had the pleasure of dealing with Alex twice now as my attorney. Both times he assured me we would be able to get 50% custody and he was right both times. He made a very heated custody battle much easier on my end with my constant worrying. Highly recommend and will use in the future again.

Denise represents my soon to be ex husband! Our divorce should’ve been finalized by now. I understand asking for one an extension… but now another one, and someone’s health is at risk and they are unable to get insurance because the lawyer is taking her sweet time to do anything it’s insane, both my son and myself are without healthcare insurance because I unfortunately have no paperwork proving that I am divorced because our divorce has been prolonged by this attorney and we might be one of the simplest divorces. We have nothing that we need to do besides get it finalized… I mean if he’s looking to get the two dimes I have I can hand-deliver those to him. I am currently going through radiation treatment and have to pay for everything out-of-pocket, and my son also has healthcare issues. He unfortunately cannot be added to his fathers insurance because he lives in a different state. I have personally reached out to her and she has not replied back and it’s very frustrating because I am very sick right now. This is pure negligence. Our divorce might be the simplest one! everything is already been split custody was already handled prior to her coming on as his lawyer why is this taking so long.
