We entered into Contract to Sell our house in College Point and hired Mr. Maimone as our Attorney. We ran into some issues with a fence on our property and Mr. Maimone himself came out to the property to examine the fence and have the proper work done to correct the issue. he went above and beyond what is expected of an Attorney. I bought my house in the town of Bayside. Al was quick efficent and also saved me 25,000 on the price with negotion with prior landlord. Al made sure that he deducted the money for the outstading violations and nessary capital improvements He was there when i needed him and answer all of my questions , and did all paper work and mortage papers with no problem. His fees are fair and he give you a nice 90 day grace period to pay fees rendered.
