Led an assault on a 94 year old woman, supporting a completely crazy individual. Threatened, and has proceeded to withold 8 months rent if she did not RENEW THE LEASE. Isn't that called
BLACKMAIL??!!

Mr Berger and his son hate children .
They are money hungry and will hurt even a child”s safety . They are gross humans . They also don’t return calls and in my opinion hate woman and children . Be careful of this duo .
