Communication and responsiveness can be inconsistent at times
“Unfortunately, there were errors in the original documents (my own name spelled incorrectly and also another individual's name spelled incorrectly) and miscellaneous errors within the documents that I chose to ignore since the latter would not likely have affected the legal outcome of the documents. After the passing of the lawyer, I reached out to Steven to have him change the errors and also prepare changes for an updated will and testament, assuming that because I had initially invested in their firm that the updates would be easier and less expensive then starting afresh. The communication has lagged for months.”
