The choice I made to work with Rob Hornberger was surely the best choice available. His professionalism, expertise, and understanding made him and the entire team perfectly suited to achieve the outcomes I desired. I am a paralegal in an unrelated field of law. I phoned Hornberger Verbitsky, P.C. today intending to refer a client to their office. Instead (and despite that we are the midst of the present crisis), Mr. Hornberger himself graciously accommodated my questions over the telephone, and was generous with his time and adroit in his response, saving our client a small fortune in unnecessary legal fees. Ms. Verbitsky was assigned to me by the courts on a custody matter. I sat with her (1) time, gave her 50+ pages of documents. I received an email a few days later with a recommendation to withdraw my petition. When I told her no, she asked to be relieved. After numerous calls and emails to her requesting my documents back with NO RESPONSE, she showed up to court EMPTY HANDED!!!! She tells me she will fedex my file to my new attorney. Thx for nothing and wasting everyone’s time

This guy is crazy. Never answers his phone. Makes it very hard to win your case.

Worst attorney I ever had - very arrogant and overbills - he took me to court for the balance he said I owed him and even the judge agreed he unfairly bills - would never recommend him to my worst enemy!

Horrible Lawyer. Took all our money, 9K, did nothing for us and lied about our situation so that we were scared and would continue to keep him. He actually cursed out my son on the top of his lungs and hung up on him. He is a liar, a manipulator, and a disrespectful horrible man. DO NOT RETAIN HIM.....RUN!
