I have used Mr. Miosek on several occasions and he is one of the best lawyers around. He has always been very responsive when trying to contact him. He has always given me all of my options. He is a down to earth guy that is easy to work with. I have used him for both business and personal matters and have always been satisfied with his services. I highly recommend hiring Ryan Miosek for legal services.

My husband was recently facing the threat of a potential $11,000 law suit, plus interest and lawyer fees from a union for a debt that claimed was owed to them from a scholarship fund. Ryan helped to negotiate the amount down to $5000 and to set up a payment plan for repayment. We were very thankful for all of the help that Ryan provided to us in this matter and are very happy to finally move past this. Ryan was very easy to talk to and very down to earth.

Attorney Miosek is an absolute professional. He approaches contentious situations, enthusiastically, with scrupulous attention to detail. He has truly represented my voice. He is concise and speaks with candor, while maintaining an abundant amount empathy. Throughout my family legal issues I have been kept informed of everything promptly, and any issues that have arose have been addressed immediately.

Provided me with miss information he then tried to cover up the miss information. You must stay on top of him and continually insist on verification. He is often slow to respond to and finish paper work and filing. He does not take a serious effort to protect his client's interest, because of his arrogates that he feels he is always right. He does not take the time to explain the full pros and cons or all of the variables of a situation. I would not recommend nor trust this lawyer.
