“Asked for help in making out a will, they informed me that 'this is something they couldn't help me with'...not sure why, surprised they didn't want to provide me a service they claim they do...”

Delays in handling estate-related matters
“This office is handling my aunts estate! And found a horrible job ! My aunt passed away July 2017 received first papers saying I was left items April 2018! To this date they have not done there job in securing the items left to me they continue to say the executor is still looking for ring ???? What a joke !!! My aunt is rolling over in her grave.”
