Not sure of all the details but I do know I'm a bit disappointed I called several times with a time sensitive case left my number and even emailed and 48 hours went by and not a return call. I know he very well might have been busy but when he got the message if this being a time sensitive case I would have thought he would have made more of a effort to call me back or atheist email.

Doesn't answer phone call messages doesn't answer when you need him took 2 and half month to get my paper work after my last court date didn't help lower my stuff got dismissed because no evidence complete waste of my money and time highly highly do not recommend this person rude and doesn't discuss your case with you or at all

Was crucial in me obtaining custody/placement of a child that is not mine biologically. The judge said from the beginning it would be challenging and Mr. Tunney faced that challenge with nothing but encouragement and confidence. He was professional, easy to contact and very knowledgeable. Thanks to him, my son is where he belongs. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a lawyer.

Very dis pleased with performance. He's very meek and non challenging during litigation. Refused to return any phone calls after collecting money and putting up minimal fight. He literally prepared for my trial a couple days in advance. According to another lawyer my tunny failed to represent me properly as he didn't even infor me of common legal practice in a certain matter.
