They have a $55 debt on credit report, that was paid at time of service, that they won't remove even though I have the receipt showing paid! I think they may be one of those scam debt collectors trying to get people to pay twice. Disgusting.

I honestly have no idea who to even get a hold of to take my debt a way but when I call nobody answers I haven't been able to get in touch with anyone in over 4 years and when I do the person is not helpful what so ever.

Just called them to payoff a old bill very nice emailed me a confirmation, and mailed out a letter, Thanks for your help

A terrible company. They had me for a medical collection bill and were absolutely horrible at communicating with me what I needed to do, and how I could pay. I finally was able to get ahold of them, only to have it be way too late for me to correct my credit. I paid my debt off to them, and they will not remove the derogatory item from my report, they only mark it as being paid. Every person I spoke to was incredibly rude from their very first sentence. These kinds of companies are why people can never get out of debt or correct their credit history.
