Ms. Czarples was average in helping with case but her communication skills could have been more on tap. Keeping a client informed at all times should be paramount regardless of how busy one gets, I did not feel I was kept in the loop much regarding my case at all. It took forever just to get simple answers. I take into consideration that the office she's associated with is small and clients needs have to be shared but something as simple as communication skills should never be lacking...If ever need be in the future, I would not retain her again.
