Jim Santos is an excellent lawyer. He is caring ,compassionate, and patient. Excellent man to work with! He understood me as a client and worked with me to have a outstanding outcome considering the circumstances. He protected me as a client and made the process go as smoothly as possible. I would recommend him to anybody and wish that it was more attorneys like him in the field. He helped me to understand what was going on in the case and made me feel comfortable as a client.

We had a fairly urgent employment matter that Jimmy helped us resolve extremely quickly. He guided us through the process of terminating this employee and ensuring that we were doing everything by the book. Rate was very reasonable as well.

I was trying to handle a dispute with a former employer on my own and struggling greatly, as that employer had the means to hire top attorneys. A friend of a friend recommended Jim, and he not only came to my aid - he worked tirelessly to see that a bad situation I was suffering through was made right. When my husband and I initially spoke to Mr. Santos, we were concerned and worried about a situation, and wanted to know if we were justified in being so. Mr. Santos provided good advice which we followed and when it was time, we hired him without question. He stood up for me, and made sure I came out the other side in good shape. I recommend him without hesitation.
