My family reached out to Ron Walsh for consultation over some family matter. After waiting for our initial phone consultation, we did talk. After the call Ron told us that he would get back with us in a couple of weeks. Well, after four weeks I call his office. I called repeatedly without a response. I did finally get a hold of his assistant, and was told Ron or her would get back with me. Now its been 7 weeks from our initial phone call. I did call and got through to another assistant, I asked for a call back, was told I would get a call back. When I asked when and a time of the call back they were evasive and very not committed. Its now 8 to 9 weeks since my initial call. I would highly recommend if you have a legal matter pick another Attorney. Spare yourself the headache and frustration. They don't answer their phones or return calls.

I have to say that Ms. Bradshaw and Mr. Walsh went above and beyond in helping me resolve my issue. I was working with them from a distance to help my son in Ithaca during the pandemic and their service, attention to detail and professionalism were exceptional. In addition, they were real people who understood the emotions and concerns that were involved with resolving the issue and "handled me" wonderfully. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
