I got a speeding ticket and Casey was able to get it reduced to a non-moving violation and I didn't get any points on my license! Casey was very helpful, professional and I'm very grateful he went to court for me and got a fantastic outcome!

I was the unfortunate recipient of a speeding ticket on the west side highway in a work zone. I, like everyone else was going at the normal speed but.................Casey Raskob did it! He managed to get the charges dismissed and I can't thank him enough.

Casey was able (again) to obtain a shockingly reasonable outcome in traffic court for me. A speeding ticket (with attendant points and costs) was reduced to 'littering.' I had to re-read the result in order to believe it. I should add that he gives you a sense of confidence that you will be treated well and he has you in mind at all times.

Came across Casey via his article in Car and Driver a few years back--very glad I did. Last winter I was nabbed in Westchester for 21 over (conveniently putting me 1 mph into the next bracket of fines/penalties). Facing 6 points on my license, and with many insurance policies for my business riding on my driving record, I decided to lawyer up. Casey's fee was hundreds less than many other area speed lawyers, and he was by far the easiest to get ahold of/chat with. His knowledge of the local courts paid off in a big way, as the town stumbled over his request for a supporting deposition and ended up throwing the entire case out. Hoping to not need his services again for awhile, but next time I get pulled over he'll be first to know!
