From the moment I hired Casey, he has been completely hands on. He shared crucial information that as a first time homebuyer I really appreciated. We made it to closing in less than 3 months!!! Practically unheard of for coop purchases. I owe much of that to how well he communicated with all team members and ensured legal docs were ready to go. He broke down terms, costs, and even went through all the "What If's" with me, which put my mind at ease. I would and have already recommended his services to others.
