Mr. Degan was kind, understanding and very courteous in his consultation with me. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything in terms that I could understand. He followed through on his promise to help me. I would go to him anytime.

This lawyer is very compassionate he helped me and my dad when we thought we had no other solutions. He was available day and night always answered our questions and believe me I called him constantly. He became like family to us. He never let me or my dad down. ( he knows his stuff) I would highly recommend him to any one.

I spoke to Dagan over the phone and he said he would personally handle my case but after signing me up, he barely answered any of my calls. He was unable to answer any of my questions and would have another attorney or even his assistant call back with an answer. I'm not sure if Dagan is even practicing lawyer because he does not seem to know much. I have not heard from him in many months and it seems like he has passed my case over to another lawyer entirely. Avoid Dagan if you can.
