Lack of communication and responsiveness from some lawyers in the firm
“To this day (January 13th) we are yet to get a phone call. Another phone call requesting an update was made on January 9th, still nothing. The lack of simple communication is disturbing to say the least.”

Unprofessional behavior and demeanor in court
“When Carol entered the waiting area outside of part 6 of the Erie County Family Court Building, she came in saying "DON'T WORRY EVERYBODY, KAREN IS HERE!" She repeated this multiple times loud enough for everyone in the waiting area to hear, making quite the unprofessional spectacle of herself.”
