Mrs Berkowitz and her office is very professional! They helped me tremendously and the results were fabulous. Mrs. Berkowitz is very patient and knowledgeable. Great experience! I highly recommend!

Ms. Berkowitz handled my divorce proceeding. Throughout the proceedings my main concern was retaining my pension which she clearly understood. She had me sign my divorce papers, as I received a phone call from my mother that she was diagnosed with breast cancer. We signed the papers and I assumedshe read over the papers and confirmed that I was protected regarding my pension. This June I decided to retire only to find out that she had me sign papers that did not protect me and my share of the pension. When I originally confronted her, she was very willing to help me resolve this situation. The phone calls and emails went on for two months and I keep asking her to work on the amendment which she did do. When I needed to change an address on the amendment, she told me that I had to pay her $500 an hour or give her a $5,000 retainer fee, in addition to paying for a new qudro to be drawn up because she did not complete the first one with the correct options to benefit me. So I needed to retain a new lawyer and was unable to retire until this issue is resolved. I now have to pay for a new lawyer , I have filed a complaint with the bar association and State of NY Grievance Committee for the Tenth Judicial District, as well as starting a civil suit against her to regain all the money she has cost me and stress this situation has created.

Bad lawyer and terrible office. Bills for work not performed. Do not hire her.

Dishonest and unethical. This lawyer, her staff and her entire practice is a sham. The worst!

Brynde Tivkah Berkowitz mishandled my case by missing deadlines, lying before the court and exhibiting utter incompetence . She is an abysmal lawyer and should not be allowed to continue to practice law.

Ms berkowitz is an excellent and knowledgeable attorney. She worked hard to get the best outcome and worked well with all parties to do so. She is very well respected by judges and other attorneys. She took calls even while on vacation to answer questions and provide guidance. Highly recommended!

Brynde Berkowitz was hired and is a dishonest individual with no moral compass. She has no issue with blatantly lying in court. She is unethical, dishonest and devoid of any decency. She should not be able to practice law in any way, shape or form.

I had a family member who needed help in family court. Ms Berkowitz was professional and extremely knowledgeable. Her expertise in the law and understanding the situation got us the “ dismissed with prejudice” resolution! The best that could have happen because that accusation can not be made again… Great Job!
