He took the time to thoroughly explain the in's and out's of our contract (as many times as we needed to hear it) and did it all with a great sense of humor. Builder used these lawyers and they did whatever builder told them to do, lawyers did not do their job, they did not follow the contract! Don’t get fooled, if builder is using them please run away from the deal! It will be nothing but a nightmare!

Patrick Curry has been impossible. My 1st encounter with him seemed more like joke night at the improv. He spent more time sidestepping my mother's questions with jokes rather than getting to the business. My mother has since passed away, and the matter that was brought to him, not only still has yet to be completed, but had to be altered due to her passing. That's how long this has drawn out. 5 YEARS! He's "never available" when we call, or go by the office, and now we're in yet another year with this, with absolutely no word on how anything is going. I understand there's a process, but let's not wait until someone else dies, for crying out loud!

As an attorney myself, I hired Ross to represent me in the purchase of my first home. My contract and subsequent closing occurred during the Covid-19 Pandemic, and Ross could not have been more helpful and responsive if he tried. As my deal was delayed due to Covid related closures of municipal offices necessary for production of documents in the deal, and new loan procedures for banks, Ross worked with my bank and the municipalities to expedite my deal, and ultimately the deal closed successfully, with no stress on my part due to Ross's advocacy and negotiation on my behalf. Without a doubt, the single most trustworthy real estate attorney on Long Island.
