Having worked with David collaboratively on a number of occasions over a period of years, I can state, unequivocally, that his razor sharp intellect and thorough approach to legal analysis always leaves his client well advised, informed and served.

David is a litigator by training who, over a decade ago, began to focus on arbitration and mediation. Yet he remains one of the best advocates a client can have in any forum. He is a passionate believer in arbitration and mediation as less expensive and more efficient alternatives to court. But his expertise is not so limited. He knows a lot about a lot of different areas of the law. In short he is a rare legal talent -- even though he has trended away from regular court cases there are few litigators who match his expertise.
