My divorce was finalized in 2001 doc. #99-13981. My ex-husband and I paid for the QDRO prepared by WIlliam M. Troyan, Inc. as stipulated in my settlement completed in 1999. The QDRO papers were never filed with the courts. The company that prepared the QDRO has no records since it was 12 years ago. Anna has not returned my 2 phone calls nor responded to 3 emails I have sent her. Since the money was paid for the QDRO to be completed, according to the Law, it should have been with my court documents filed in the NYS court. I find this to be very unprofessional.
