A realtor recommended him. We had a offer that was accepted. But extremely hard to get in touch . He mostly texted me which was a a red flag. I wanted updates and hardly no communication. Was very upseting to me. He seemed to me he only wanted the money but didn't want to be bothered at closing he was very sure of himself and there were lots of issues very very sloppy work .
