I was arrested for DWI and Assault in Fairport, NY. I was a passenger in a car driven by my girlfriend. We had stopped in the road to make a turn and a car rear ended us. The impact was so great that the car was totaled. I had to climb out of the driver side window and that is when the driver who hit us told the Police that I was the driver. The driver of the other car came over to me and started a fight and I had to defend myself and my girlfriend. I immediately contacted Mr. Morabito to represent me for the criminal charges of DWI, assault and traffic tickets. If I was convicted of DWI, I would have lost my job. If I was convicted of assault, I could have been looking at jail time. Mr. Morabito did such an amazing job that all my charges were dismissed at trial.

David Morabito defended my son in a very high profile federal criminal case. The proceedings lasted over three years. During this time David explained everything in terms that we could understand and more importantly David treated my son like his own. This may have been David’s job but it was my son’s life and I feel he went above and beyond to get us the outcome we were looking for.

I rate this 0 stars!!! I hired Andrew Morabito through incfile.com on June 7 to file a trademark for us and was told it would take 4-6 days. Well it's been over a month and when I called incfile to ask for a refund they called Andrew Morabito who then called me saying it would be finished by the end of business Thursday July 8th, but here I am two days later and nothing has been done! Andrew Morabito I would like a refund so I can hire someone else please..... This is taking to long and I don't have the time to wait for you. Please refund my money! This is Brandon and Sally auld.

Best defense attorney

I was charged with 9 A1 felony counts. Looking at life in prison. Dave believed in me and my innocence and took my case very seriously. Dave's professionalism and expertise allowed my trial to conclude in a not guilty verdict on all counts. This was only achieved with Dave's expert knowledge of the law. Dave was appointed by the court to represent my fiancé. Dave was so friendly and gave us so much hope. We even offered to pay him and he told us that he would still do the same job even if we didn’t pay him. He told me and my fiancé that things we’re looking “good” and that we were in “good shape” all for us to get to court and my fiancé gets sentenced to over TEN YEARS IN PRISON. I am so incredibly disappointed. We put a lot of trust and faith into this man all for him to lie to us for almost two years. Thanks a lot. Glad you get to go home to your family while we suffer for the next half decade.. I wouldn’t recommend him to my worst enemy.
