My wife and I were amazing surprised at how hard working Courtney and her team were. They jumped in and helped make our closing date a reality. Brought our boys homemade cookies while we signed documents...they were just super knowledgeable and made the process of closing on our first home so easy. We’re really thankful for their guidance and can’t recommend them highly enough!

My husband and I recently sold our house and purchased a new house. We hired Courtney for both our sale and purchase and we were SO HAPPY that we did!! Courtney and her paralegal, Kate, were so wonderful throughout the entire process! I had a few after-hours phone calls with Kate and she was always so patient with me and explained everything along the way!! I was buying a house on an extremely tight turnaround coming from Los Angeles and they were on top of everything and navigated me confidently through every issue that came up (and there were a lot of them). I can't say enough good things about the Law Offices of Courtney M. Hills, and Courtney herself. We found the perfect home, and asked Courtney to be our attorney based on reviews we found here and other places. After selecting our home, it was the most important decision we could have made! Courtney is the best. The legal aspect of buying the home was problematic to say the least. There were previous mortgages that were improperly filed and a lender that requiring non-industry standard documentation and procedures. Courtney worked diligently to get us through the entire process, and we closed on time without having to pay our lender an exorbitant rate extension fee. I'm kind of a control freak, and not understanding the legal aspects of home buying, I felt very out of control. I would often email Courtney with questions and concerns, and she always got back to me quickly. I'm sure I came off as an overly nervous client, but she was patient and very helpful. Courtney has been a wonderful attorney for my recent real estate transaction in Syracuse. As a person that is entirely foreign to the area, I found it frustrating to deal with local real estate laws and regulations at the beginning of the purchase, but Courtney made everything so easy for me even though I was residing overseas. She was so kind and willing to clearly explain the services I could expect from her as my real estate attorney that I decided to go with her on our first phone call. Throughout the almost 2-month period of the purchase that was prolonged by complex issues with the title records, she was patient, meticulous, and most importantly, communicative. Being in another country (and in a different time zone) would have been a huge hurdle had it not been for Courtney; I would email her in the middle of the night, and she would respond right away! Courtney Hills served as our attorney in a sale-by-owner transaction. All aspects were handled with professionalism and great care.
